Refund Policy

1. Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• Item must be unused and in original condition

• Packaging must be intact

• Proof of purchase is required

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.

❗ Return Location

All returns are sent outside of the USA to our international fulfillment center.

The return address will be provided once your return is approved.

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Gift cards

• Downloaded workout guides

• Used or damaged items

• Final sale items

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

4. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for defective or damaged items only.

5. Wrong Address Policy

If a wrong or incomplete shipping address is provided, we cannot offer refunds for lost packages.
